Danco Construction Company started in 1952 as a construction company. In the 1960s our patriarch W. Fay Wright, Jr. starting purchasing property establishing farming and cattle operations in Austin, Des Arc, and Jacksonville Arkansas. In the 1980s Mr. Wright started also investing in commercial and residential properties in Central Arkansas. In the early 1990s, he began the transition out of cattle and farming into commercial office property. We continued our transition from landholding into residential operations in Northwest, Arkansas. In 2019 we sold our commercial and industrial divisions to focus on residential properties. In the fall of 2019, Danco Construction Company moved its corporate headquarters and operations to Fayetteville Arkansas.

Preston Wright

Preston Wright is the President of the company and has been with the company since 1987. Preston is directly responsible for our construction programs, investment evaluations, and operations of companies. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with an MBA in Finance. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Preston has served on the board of several non-profit organizations including church, YMCA, governing sports organizations, American Heart Association, and coached competitive and recreational soccer for over 22 years.

Bryden Wright

Bryden is the Property Manager for all properties in Fayetteville, AR. He graduated from the Little Rock Christian and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Liberal Arts Degree.

Gannon Wright

Board Member

Gannon was one of our Vice Presidents and is currently a Board Member of the Holding Company. Gannon is a University of Arkansas Walton graduate, in addition, he holds a Master's in Business Administration. He graduated high school from Catholic High School for Boys in Little Rock.

Lawson Wright

Board Member

Lawson help start our journey to Fayetteville in 2015 being our first property mananger and Vice President in Northwest Arkansas. He is a Catholic High School (Little Rock) and University of Arkansas graduate. He is currently full time with Centers for Mission Mobilization in Fayetteville.
